Welcome to Morningside, an area of the City of Miami in the Upper East Side which has a unique history dating back to the origins of the the city itself. The Morningside Civic Association is a voluntary organization open to all residents and homeowners in our neighborhood. It is a representative association with directors elected by the membership for the express purpose of representing the interests of the neighborhood with the City of Miami. They sponsor recreational and educational activities for the neighborhood in keeping with the true spirit of neighborhood that exists in the Historic District.
