Morningside Civic Association

Morningside does not possess a conventional homeowners'  association, but instead has the Morningside Civic Association (MCA) as a neighborhood representative and sponsor of activities relevant to our neighbors and the City of Miami.  The MCA was created through a combination of several homeowner's associations in 1960.  Board members of the MCA come from diverse backgrounds and interests and are elected to two-year terms by the existing board membership.  Joining the MCA is voluntary and carries a $40 annual fee to join.  The MCA board convenes the 2nd Tuesday of most every month at the Morningside Park Building at 7pm.  All Morningside residents are welcome and encouraged to attend the meetings.
